Hi! We’re Katie and Sarah, founders of Jomo People.
Contact centres are our passion. We’ve been around them our whole careers, and we love everything about them – the atmosphere, the fast pace, the opportunities for rapid career progression. So, after recruiting for contact centres for over 25 years, we couldn’t wait to start our own agency.
But we didn’t want to just replicate the way we’d always worked. Because we’re both mums, it was important to us to have flexibility – to work from home, do the school run, or finish early to catch a school concert. Balancing our lifestyles like this makes us happier, more energetic than ever, and more devoted to our candidates and clients. That philosophy is a key part of our culture, because we want anyone who joins us to feel the same way.
It’s our goal to become a trusted partner for our clients, and a cheerleader for our talented candidates. By taking the time to understand what really makes you tick – your values and goals – we find the best person for any contact centre role. People who’ll fit in right away.

Hi, I’m Sarah, ten years ago I started out as a contact centre advisor, but it wasn’t until I got promoted to the internal recruitment team that I found my true calling. Since then, I haven’t looked back. I thrive on building meaningful relationships with our clients, collaborating with their People teams to connect them with top contact centre talent.
